COVER WALL SYSTEM

Cover Wall System offers functional and performing solutions for the application of tiles onto facades using traditional adhesive installation, thus guaranteeing maximum safety and easy installation even when using large size slabs thanks to safety anchoring devices.

The direct adhesive installation systems onto plaster by Caesar use two functional devices (concealed and visible) that allow for the correct positioning of porcelain stoneware slabs of up to 150cm in size. The use of Caesar porcelain stoneware means being able to combine excellent technical featuresand a broad range of sizes and colours, guaranteeing planners the utmost creative freedom

  • Greater safety even with large sizes
  • Reduced times and costs of installation
  • Great planning freedom
  • Perfect aesthetic outcome

FIX.UP

FIX.UP is the visible anchoring device that prevents the detachment or loss of tiles due to possible weakening adhesion between the surface and load-bearing structure.

Easy to use and value for money solution, the steel hook is fi xed to the wall via a plug and consists of four pre-distanced winglets to house the ceramic slab.

The winglets can be painted in the same colour of the ceramic slab, minimising their aesthetic impact and guaranteeing the architectural continuity of the building. As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile

FIX IN - adhesive installation with concealed anchoring.

FIX.IN is the concealed anchoring device by Caesar created to prevent risk of detachment and loss of the ceramic slabs applied to the façade, even when using large size slabs.

This easy solution uses stainless steel hooks of 0.5mm thickness, equipped with a safety tip, that must be inserted into a slot on the back of a tile, and holes for the fi xing of the slabs to the wall via plugs.

The FIX.IN system guarantees a tearing strength of over 250 kg, maintaining the housing of the hook on the tile intact. To increase the grip of the hook, it is possible to inject some adhesive into the slit before inserting the tongue.

For slabs up to 60x60 cm size, it is recommended to insert at least one hook while for larger sizes, the use of two or more duly spaced hooks is recommended. As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile.

Ventilated walls

Ventilated walls are a 'dry' multilayer cladding system for outdoors that combine excellent aesthetics with perfect insulation and therefore energy saving. The external covering in porcelain stoneware is fixed to the wall using an aluminium alloy structure that leaves a gap between the surface and the wall, protecting it from adverse weather conditions and ensuring a durable efficiency to the wall that is always dry thanks to constant air circulation.

With the ventilated wall solutions offered by CaesarTech Solutions, the highest standards of energy savings and architectural prestige combine with the resistance and durability of Caesar porcelain stoneware, allowing for the utmost creative freedom in planning.

• energy saving
• acoustic insulation
• transpiration of the wall
• easy installation
• Dry installation
• easy maintenance and cleaning

AIR.UP - ventilated walls with visible anchoring

The AIR.UP structure is characterised by a vertical profiles suitable to house, without the need for drilling holes:

• the brackets for fixing screwed using stainless bolts;
• the hooks for the support of slabs and fi xing springs;

This system allows for the assembly/disassembly of every single slab on the wall in an autonomous way and with extremely reduced costs. The support hooks that are visible can be painted in the same colour of the slabs allowing for a perfect continuous effect.

The structure is able to contrast the action of wind and its components do not suffer from thermal expansion. As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile.

AIR.UP Top - ventilated walls with visible overlapping anchoring

The AIR.UP Top system consists of a vertical profile than can house, without the need for drilling holes:

• the brackets for fixing screwed using stainless bolts;
• the hooks for the support of slabs and fixing springs;

The slabs are installed in semi-vertical inclined position: the upper slab overlaps the edge of the lower slab for 1 cm with no horizontal joints.
Every single slab can be assembled/ disassembled quickly and easily which keeps costs down. The support hooks that are visible can be painted in the same colour of the slabs allowing for a perfect continuous effect.
The structure is able to contrast the action of wind and its components do not suffer from thermal expansion.
As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile.

AIR.IN - ventilated walls with concealed anchoring standard thickness

The AIR.IN system consists of a vertical profile than can house, without the need for drilling holes:

• the brackets for fixing screwed using stainless bolts;
• the hooks for the support of slabs;

The anchoring device and the slab support system remain invisible.  The slabs feature a special manufacturing on their back to house conical plugs that are anchoring devices placed close to lateral edges of the slabs and allow for the direct locking with the vertical profile. Every single slab can be assembled/disassembled autonomously and with no further manufacturing.
The structure is able to contrast the action of wind and its components do not suffer from thermal expansion. As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile.

AIR.IN MIX - ventilated walls with concealed anchoring multisize

The AIR.IN Mix system does not consist of single tiles but of panels anchored to the wall and is also made up slabs in different sizes. The system creates a multi-size module that repeats with a continuous effect on the entire wall. The system includes:

• inserts fixed to the back of the slab and screwed to the underlying structure;
• aluminium structure onto which the slabs are anchored;
• anchoring device.

The panel installation means being able to decide the position of joints in total freedom, including the close joint installation that avoids the flow of water and the maximum effectiveness of the ventilated chamber, eliminating the presence of thermal bridges between the external covering of the facade and the wall.
The panel can be adapted during installation allowing for the subsequent adjustment of the width of the ventilated chamber to minimise the encumbrance of the structure or to offer a spacious technical gap.
The system is also extremely elastic and using it also means being able to re-size the panel during installation. Panels come pre-assembled, therefore speeding up the installation time.

AIR.IN AEXTRA - ventilated walls with concealed anchoring Æxtra20

The AIR.IN Æxtra structure for slabs with 20mm thickness consists of an aluminium vertical profi le that can house without the need for drilling holes:

• support brackets and mechanical or chemical anchoring plugs;
• bolts and stainless hooks.

The slabs are supported by hooks inserted into the slits that have been previously created on the lateral edges of the slabs and locked into the holes of the profiles.
The structure is able to contrast the action of wind and its components do not suffer from thermal expansion.
The system is extremely versatile and, as well as the numerous aesthetic and functional advantages, it features a quick assembly thanks to the reduced number of mechanical parts.
The Æxtra 20 collection, the porcelain stoneware monolithic slabs in 20mm thickness by Caesar, is available for this type of application.
As a further guarantee of safety, it is possible to apply a net on the back of the tile.
